Thomas Ebdon: Versicles and Responses
Thomas Ebdon (1738-1811) was born and lived in Durham, being in turn a chorister, Lay-Clerk and organist at the cathedral. His composing was chiefly sacred music, and like many of his other pieces these responses were written specifically for the choir of Durham Cathedral.
